Photographer Spotlight: Amir Almansouri

Where are you currently located, where were you born and how old are you?
I was born in At-Taif, Saudi Arabia, which is where I still live with my family. I am 29 years old.
What is your main source of inspiration?
I love to be creative and I found that photography was a great medium to express that creativity.
Do you remember your first camera?
Yep. It was a Canon 400D.I got it in 2008.
Do you have a favorite subject?
I love street photography most of all. Portraiture is also a big area of interest for me.
What kind of equipment do you use?
Canon 500D, Canon 85mm 1.2, Canon 70-200 2.8, Canon 50mm 1.8, Canon 85mm 1.8
Do you have a photography goal for the 2010?
To be shooting with Donna on location. I'm looking forward to collaborating with her in person after the years of collaboration from a distance. |
